The Twin City Thunder have announced that they have called up two-year USPHL Premier veteran Matteo Pero from the Atlanta MadHatters.
Pero, an ’04 from Anmore, B.C., has produced 14 points in 13 games for the MadHatters this season, after putting up 61 points in 33 games with the Ontario Jr. Reign last year.
“Matteo has proven that he is a top player at the Premier level,” said Thunder Owner/GM/Head Coach Dan Hodge. “We are thankful to Atlanta and Coach Tyler Casillo for the development they have done with Matteo to prepare him for this step.”
